Micheál Coughlan
Micheál joined InterSearch in 1996 and has worked with a variety of organisations designing and implementing recruitment strategies for management appointments. Examples of recently completed assignments include Human Resources Managers, International Sales Managers, Operations Managers, Quality Managers and Supply Chain Managers. He is the Global Life Sciences Practice Group leader for InterSearch. Micheál holds a degree in commerce from NUI Galway and a Masters in Human Resources Management from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, UCD. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Duncan Gruselle
Duncan recently joined InterSearch after 16 years in executive search and selection in the UK. Duncan has specialised in board level public sector recruitment since 2003, across Health, Education, Central Government and Social Care. Assignments have ranged from Chief Executive and Non Executive appointments to Director roles in Operations, Finance, HR, Facilities and Corporate Services as well as specialist and clinical roles within health, regulatory and representative bodies. Duncan has a degree in Psychology from University of Reading and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from University of Cardiff.

Stephanie Ryan
Stephanie is responsible for coordinating the research to identify prospective candidates as well as making initial approaches in respect of a broad range of senior level client assignments. She has worked with InterSearch since 2005 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each research assignment. Stephanie is adept at using the latest online technology including electronic bulletin boards, industry journals, professional networking sites and other research rich job sites. Stephanie has an Honours degree in Economics & Politics, a Masters in Economic Science and a Higher Diploma in Education from UCD.
