Key Account Manager - Italy

Location: North East Italy

Industry Sector: Consumer Devices

 

Scope: 

To Secure & develop maximum sales volume through a well defined segmentation of key customers within the geographical area and supported by a strong sales and marketing plan.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales volume & penetration growth rates for key customers across key channels
  • Develop and drive customer strategy per account
  • Define in partnership with Marketing Manager, marketing efforts and level of investment per segment
  • Negotiate promotions and support programs with key accounts ensuring delivery against sales budget targets.
  • Ensure ROI monitoring and measurement within the dedicated budget
  • Develop events to create potential emotional bonds
  • Develop and support special events such as new product launch, launch of new communication programs with the EMEA team
  • Target customers and develop Brand demand
  • Identify opportunities for segmented products to be driven across customers
  • Ensure products and range training
  • Orchestrate data collection per POS and database management
  • Work within the regional team as fully integrated member providing timely feedback, support and assistance where appropriate.

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant University Degree qualification
  • Optical qualification or experience in optical industry an advantage
  • Proven Track Record in Sales Management.
  • Fundamental understanding of tactical marketing tools
  • Fluent English & Italian is essential
  • Additional language is an advantage.
